All our food have local imprint, and the meat have a taste of the green grass at Otternes and the mountains in Aurland.
We wish to present a food-handcraft, that promotes knowledge, biological diversity and taste. A meal at Otternes should be enjoyed around the table, where the good conversation bring people together. The menu will show the identity of the produce and preparation. This way we will create an experience and enhance knowledge around food.
